Letting a LiPo battery get too low will damage it and eventually make it unusable. These are a cheap easy way to monitor your battery to check the voltage of each cell and ensure you keep your battery in good working order.
You can also use these to check cell voltages when trying to get them to storage voltages if your charger/discharger does not support this.
This product is designed for in-flight low voltage detection in planes and drones. However, you can use it to check cell voltages whenever you need.
NOTE: PRO TIP These are incredibly loud! so people can hear the alarm on their drones. To make them quieter for indoor use, just put blue tack into the
two speaker holes on the top of the device.
