Shipping policy

Shipping/Frieght/Courrier Partners:

We ship all orders via our shipping partners:

• GoSweetSpot
• NZPost

Shipping Process & Times:

All orders are shipped once per week from our warehouse located in Rosedale, NZ

We package our orders for shipment on our regular "Shipping Days" which are currently:

• Every Sunday. (Excluding any Sunday immediately following an event)

Orders are then picked up by courier on the following morning for shipment to the destination.

Please Note: This is a small business which is run in addition to our day jobs, sometimes our work, personal, or event schedules may interfere with our normal shipping shedule, causing us to ship on a different day. We do our best to minimize these impacts, but they do occur from time to time.
